ABB IRB

ABB IRB is the product family designation for industrial robot arms from ABB, one of the largest industrial robotics manufacturers. The line traces back to the IRB 6 of 1974, widely cited as the first all-electric, microprocessor-controlled industrial robot. Modern IRB models span payloads from a few kilograms to over half a tonne and are programmed via ABB's RAPID language and RobotStudio environment.
