Cable Harness

A cable harness is a bundled assembly of wires, connectors, and protective sheathing that routes power and signals through a robot's structure. In articulated robots, harnesses must survive millions of flex cycles across moving joints, so designs use high-flex-rated conductors, strain relief, and service loops. Poor harness routing is a leading cause of intermittent faults and premature failure in deployed robot arms.
