Hardware
Jetson (NVIDIA)
Jetson is NVIDIA's line of embedded computing modules pairing ARM CPUs with CUDA-capable GPUs and dedicated deep learning accelerators, spanning power envelopes from the entry-level Orin Nano to the high-end AGX Orin and the humanoid-oriented Jetson Thor. Jetson modules are the dominant onboard compute for robots running neural perception and policy inference without a tether to external servers.
Why it matters for physical AI
Onboard GPU compute determines how large a policy can run at what control rate, making the Jetson roadmap a de facto constraint on deployable model architectures for mobile robots.
Build physical AI
Put these concepts to work on real hardware
Axol is a dual-arm robot built for physical AI — teleoperate it, collect demonstrations, and deploy learned policies out of the box.
