Multi-Robot System

A multi-robot system is a collection of robots that coordinate to accomplish tasks, spanning centrally orchestrated warehouse fleets, decentralized swarms, and heterogeneous teams combining ground and aerial platforms. Core problems include task allocation, often formulated as assignment or auction problems, multi-agent path finding to prevent deadlock in shared spaces, communication under bandwidth limits, and maintaining consistent shared state such as maps.
