Palletizing Robot

A palletizing robot is a manipulator that stacks cases, bags, or trays onto pallets in stable, space-efficient patterns at the end of a production or packaging line. Traditional cells use four-axis arms executing pre-programmed layer patterns for known cartons, while modern mixed-case palletizing adds 3D perception and online placement planning to handle heterogeneous parcels. Payloads range from a few kilograms to several hundred.
