Spray Coating Robot

A spray coating robot is an industrial manipulator that applies paint, sealant, or other coatings along programmed paths, maintaining consistent standoff distance, orientation, and speed to achieve uniform film thickness. Paint robots are typically explosion-proof for solvent atmospheres and are programmed by offline path planning over part CAD models or by demonstration.
